1, Early check in and late check out:

- Check in time: After 13.00; Check out time: Before 12.00

- 100% charge for check - in before 08:30 a.m or check - out after 06:00 p.m

- 50% charge for check-in before 10:00 a.m or check out till 06:00 p.m

2. CHILDREN (under age of 12) POLICY:

Maximum of 01 child sharing room with parents using existing bedding free of charge with breakfast

Children enjoy 50% discount on set menu meal rate only.

3. SPECIAL NOTE:

Extra bed is plus 15 USD, apply for deluxe and family suite room.

2. CANCELLATION CHARGES:

All cancellation must be made in written notice including proper explanation and received by the hotel.

Incase, the cancellation does not comply with the time limit states or not received, the hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge base on contract rate and number of rooms booked as follows:

Cancellation made prior to the date of arrival ( From 05 Rooms):

Within 10 days: 50% of total  room charges of the period reserved

Within 5 days: 100% of total  room charges of the period reserved

3. NO SHOW CHARGE:

In case of no-show, 100% of the total room charges of the period reserved will be billed to your credit card.
